the location by the river was nice, not the closest to the city center but very easily accessible by bus, also restaurants around this accomodation were some of the best we went to and we went multiple times because of the great food, staff was very friendly and they gave us a map with recommendations and directions; the rooms and bathroom were clean enough and we encountered no bugs other than the mosquitos who entered through our window:)) but they do offer some anti-mosquito device to plug in so that’s nice

-Clean room & toilet with enough space -Water kettle & free cookies in the room -Luggage can be left at reception -You can buy bus tickets from the front desk (this is convenient on weekends when many tabbacherias are closed, & buying from the bus driver costs €1 more!) -Close to Rose Garden with great views of Florence and a nice park across the bridge

They have really big room, which is clean and comfortable too. One more bonus point, is the they have terrace for hanging around. Folks are really helpful. Helped us to get our taxi with in 10 min. It is located just next to the river,a nice place to go for walk. It is a value for money hotel.

Out of ZTL area. Room was bigger then my expectation. Room & Toilet was clean. Receptionist was kind and helped us to pay parking machine. Value for money.

The room and facilities were clean and maintained throughout the day. We didn't benefit from the breakfast as we woke up too late however, the stay was lovely and staff members were very helpful. The Hotel is around 20 minutes from all the tourists attractions.

Spacious, comfortable room. The location was great for me. It's a 20 min nice walk into the city. It's nice to stay out of the busy centre. Excellent value for money. The neighbourhood is lovely, good restaurants and bars, everything you need close at hand. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again. Grazie!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the reservation was spontaneous and easy, the room was nice with a beautiful ceiling. Staying here with a dog and a huge load of luggage was no problem, they also found a taxi for us and made our travel easier. The terrace was also very nice!

Perfect location - quiet area but a short walk into the centre of Florence. No breakfast available at the hotel but the fantastic Bottega di Pasticceria was just around the corner. Staff were extremely helpful.

Friendly staff Nice room. There are are a few good cheap cafes nearby. It is about 20-25 minutes walk to centre.

Beautiful room, location was away from from the main city as we intended. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned daily. Cannot fault the service.
