The bed was good, had a nice size for two people. The fact that there was a table with two chairs and a support for one luggage was good too. The location is great, since is not far from city center and the place where it is located is quiet.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Piazza Ferrucci and the river. The rooms are typical European small size, but the bathroom was much bigger than expected. The ceiling was obviously antique and they had to building around it. It had plug ins, good lighting and comfy beds.

Very nice and helpful receptionist, comfortable bed, socket close to the bed (without dilemma about having a bed table light or a charged device), small fridge. Good public transport connection to railway station. Complimentary minibar was a nice bonus.

This hotel is about a twenty-minute walk outside the historic section of Florence. As such, it is quieter and much more authentic. For travelers just looking for a quiet, safe location with reasonable pricing, this is a great place. La Piperna Firenze is a great pizza and pasta restaurant across the street with a very friendly owner.

We did not eat the breakfasts there but heard that the food is very good. We had a wonderful room that overlooked the river Arno and enjoyed walking along the river. Pleasant neighborhood, helpful and friendly staff. It was an easy walk to get to the major tourist sites across the river; also a great location for many cafes and restaurants close to the hotel that were not crowded. 😀 We had a fresco on our ceiling and felt like royalty!!

Excellent helpful front desk staff provided great tour and travel tips that really made for a great time in the region. Rooms were fully refreshed every day and comfortable.

Very good location, super close to restaurants and terrace s. The staff was very friendly. We had no breakfast included, but there is a coffee and pastries place at 10 secunds from the hotel. Very good place to eat.

I like the room. It was extremely clean and pleasant. The service was excellent . Thank you very much. I.ve been in more than 30 hotels in Europe this room and bathroom were the most clean I've ever seen.

The location was really good, quite near to Ponte Vechio (around 15-20 min by foot). The room was very clean. Staff was really nice.
